Dear Madam, I have noticed that you have received some emails or letter regarding the llegation against inhumane surgery. Herewith I am enclosing my explanation regarding this matter as your well known animal welfarist as well as well ex Minister of  Environment , Social Welfare and Culture in our closer country. Perhaps this allegation came to me  because I am well known researcher in nationally and internationally. Anyway I would like to send these two attachments to you for your consideration regarding the this matter and also my service to the country and globally. That is why this letter they want to send all international bodies before making any judgment or inquiries. Therefore I though to send this email with attachments for your kind judgement However after completed inquiry in our Veterinary council as well as University level I would like to inform you their decisions.
